UNIÓN TEMPORAL PLAN ACCIÓN MONITOREO IMPACTOS TURISMO SAN ANDRÉS

The Unión Temporal Plan Acción Monitoreo Impactos Turismo San Andrés is a temporary partnership between Ecoislas SAI S.A.S BIC, a company with an environmental focus and experience in integrated waste management, and Asociación Habitat, a non-profit organization specialized in social development and the management of community and environmental projects. This partnership was formed to take part in Call 226 of Conservation International Foundation, aimed at mitigating the impacts of tourism on the biodiversity of the archipelago of San Andrés, Providencia and Santa Catalina. Both entities complement their capacities to ensure a comprehensive intervention: Ecoislas leads the technical and operational actions for monitoring, diagnosis and implementation of the environmental plan, while Asociación Habitat handles the administrative, logistical and financial management of the agreement, ensuring an efficient and transparent operation. This inter-institutional collaboration reflects a cooperation model that brings together technical knowledge, community experience and operational capacity to generate positive impacts on the conservation of island ecosystems. This strategic alliance seeks not only to meet the requirements of the contract, but also to establish itself as a benchmark in sustainable development, in line with the principles of circular economy, social inclusion, community participation and environmental responsibility that characterize its member entities.
